Supplements
Some supplements are said to make your baby smarter, make them more inclined towards leanness instead of weight gain, reduce the risk of autism and asthma and ensure the best possible genetic expression.
That being said, not all supplements are good for you. Many are poorly absorbed and some nutrients can be toxic at high doses. Some supplement companies can actually do more harm than good.
